Tibor Pethő

TIBOR PETHŐ (1973, Budapest) journalist, graduated in History at Pázmány Péter Catholic University in Piliscsaba. After graduation he taught at grammar schools. He is employed by the Budapest daily Magyar Nemzet, which was founded by his great-grandfather Sándor Pethő on the eve of World War II. He writes theatre criticism for the daily edition, and documentary features for the weekend magazine, specialising in the hidden history of totalitarian regimes in Hungary. He lives with his family in Budapest.
